I'm so happy to see B.C. cherries have hit the shelves. It's always nice to know our farmers have a crop to sell. These cherries are in a small square white Pyrex bowl and will not last long in my household.
This Hosta is called Fire and Ice and was added to my Hosta garden this year. When I bought it at the plant store I met some friends there and the second youngest who is three he helped me pick it out. That boy has taste.

This picture is of my dads cousin having a quiet moment by the water. She was an avid photographer as was her father who I think took the picture. Yet again this is all I can tell you about this picture.

Your cherry picture made me start singing "Life is Just a Bowl of Cherries". It is a pretty picture. Cherries have finally gone on sale around here so I bought a huge bag full. Won't be lasting long here either.
ReplyDeleteLove the photo of your dad's cousin. Great composition!

Had to click over from Debbie's when I saw those cherries-those are a favorite of mine, and we just spent time in Northern Michigan enjoying them straight from the orchards. Newest follower!

ReplyDeleteI too love cherries. Their sweet taste is so refreshing. Yes, I agree; the boy has taste. I like the contrast of white and green on your new hosta. Love the old photo also. I appreciate you sharing with Share Your Cup.
