A few days ago we saw this hoosier at a favorite store of mine and Saturday I talked my boyfriend into going back and we came home with it. It's a great addition to my kitchen we've been looking for one for quite awhile.
This hutch holds my Pyrex which I just rearranged, I do like my Pyrex. I however hate painting and I am trying to convince myself how badly this hutch needs a paint job to freshen it up.
I decided to turn my built-in spice cabinet into my Fire King mug holder since I don't have that many spices. I now have to get doors with glass so you can see the mugs to replace the old wooden doors. I couldn't wait for the doors so you're seeing it doorless.
This Corning Ware casserole dish is called a Buffet Server, it holds up to 7 cups and was in production from 1964 to 1968. The lid came in different colors between 1965 to 1968. Mine says Made In Canada. It's a great addition to my cooking ware.
These flowers are in bloom outside or in my office brightening things up.

Love the Pyrex!! I still have some that I got when I got married in 1971!! My favorite is a square red casserole with lid that my Mother used to make her spaghetti in. It is scratched and worn from going through dishwasher 60 years ago but I love it and it brings back many great memories. Thanks for sharing your collection!

Hi there, I popped over from Claudia's blog - I *LOVE* your Hoosier! I have a very similarly made one that my grandparents had in their kitchen in their tiny old farmhouse in Oklahoma. I rescued it when I was visiting the old farm-place one time as the house was falling down around it. I love it dearly. Also, that corning pot is fab!! I hope you pop over to my blog and we can get to know each other. I have a collection of Jadeite dishes. Teresa :-)

Oh sweetie, I have had a Hoosier cabinet for quite a few years. Have not had a place to use it in this home so it has been stored at our previous home. Our son bought it so we just left it there. Now that we are finishing the basement I have the perfect spot. Can't wait to bring it home! Love that yours is white. Mine is oak with an enamel top with blue trim. Thinking I might want to paint it. You have an amazing collection! Love how you've displayed it all! Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup. I will be featuring you this week.
