This weekend we hit local secondhand stores and toured Granny and Grumpa's Antique's.
This Pyrex pattern is called Terra and began being produced in the 60's. I found this casserole dish minus it's lid at a local secondhand store. I'm on the hunt for a lid now.
These pictures are of some of the collection at Granny and Grumpa's Antiques in Abbotsford, British Columbia Canada. It's a wonderful way to spend an hour or two if you are into antiques or vintage goods. They have a bit of everything and it takes a few trips to take in everything they have.

Oh! That's pretty! Good luck on finding the lid!
ReplyDeleteDo they run a roadside attraction or do they sell stuff too? Great pictures.
ReplyDeleteOh, I like that! Never seen one like it either. Thanks for joining my first party!

Oh my goodness! I love to see "everyday" history. My imagination runs away with what I think life was like :) Thank you for sharing it with us at The "Sunday Stop"!

I'm on the hunt for the same lid! My boyfriend found me the same one many months ago, no lid. I do have hopes it'll turn up somewhere.
ReplyDeleteOh those darn lids! Good luck on your search. Thanks for sharing all those lovely photos and linking up at cap creations!
