Time Where Are You?

Time is flying by all around me and I'm not keeping up.  I have been letting things slide to get other things done.  I'm hoping to get back on track soon.  I'm lucky if I make it to one second hand store a week these days.  I've decided to start posting every other week from now on.

My fiancé found a Life Magazine from April 20, 1955 yesterday at the flea market and I found this double paged Pyrex ad in it.

My fiancé also found the blue Fire King mugs at the flea market yesterday which I've added to my collection.  On my one trip to the second hand store this past week I found the coffee and tea tins.  The Corning Ware coffee carafe I found quite a few weeks back.

This wedding dress was in a antique mall I thought I would share it with you.

The two girls in this picture are I believe my fiancé's mother and sister.  It looks like it might have been taken on a lovely Spring or Summer day.

Back To The Hoosier For May

These past couple of weeks I've been suffering through a cold and allergies.  I haven't made it to the second hand stores much.  We also attended my cousins wedding a week ago this past Sunday.  Yesterday I finally got my parsnips and carrots planted in the garden.  It's been a slow going to get the yard work and gardening done.

Back To The Hoosier

I decided to do my honeypots this time in my Back To The Hoosier series.  Some of the honeypots are new ones I've added to my collection.  There's also some Pyrex throughout the honeypots.

This is a picture of a Dahlia I took at Ferncliff garden on a past visit.

Is one of them guilty?

This Pyrex carafe came to a bad end a couple of weeks ago I went into another room shut a door and heard a crash.  A cat may have been involved in this event.  I found this carafe all over the floor.

This bouquet of flowers is from the wedding I attended a week ago Sunday.  It was a lovely wedding.

I have no idea what dam this is or as usual which relative took it.
