I notice new life finally starting in my yard.
This delicate lovely plant is Solomon Seal,
this picture is from last year as its actually just started to come up.
I found this double honey pot holder at a local secondhand store,
it was just so special I couldn't leave it behind.
This apron is finished on both sides which gives you two looks with one apron.
I collect paperweights and I saw this one with this cute bulldog on it and it went into my basket.
These cherry blossoms look so cheery.

ReplyDeleteLove the double honeypot! I would have grabbed that too!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the honey pot! I'm really into bees these days, and I'm Irish!

What lovely 'finds' - the aprons are fab - and I would love to put one of those honey pots on my table at tea time - such vintage chic!
ReplyDeleteI loved the honeypot and the bulldog (I have a French Bulldog) but have to say I laughed out loud at the bag:-) Love it!!!
ReplyDeletePretty sure the paperweight is actually a pug. In photo it seems to have a curled up tail instead of a docked or short tail. All the same it is very cute.

Pink Pyrex will always make my day, whether I am finding it or reading about it on someone's blog!

Nothing worn with your second time around goodies. You found some great items.
ReplyDeleteSecond time around is just too fun. I love to go shopping in antique stores, thrift shops and church rummage sales. A person never knows what one will find there. Thanks for sharing your finds.

ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon Denise, I have never seen a piece of pink pyrex before, although I do own a few cream pieces. I love your little dog paperweight....isn't it unusual, my daughter would love it. I enjoy visiting Charity shops and finding treasurers. I have found you at Claudia's My Favourite Thing. It is lovely to meet you and I have become a new follower.
ReplyDeleteI would love it if you had time to visit me at Ivy, Phyllis and Me! I look forward to seeing you there.
Have a lovely weekend.
Best Wishes
Daphne
