I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has been having a great New Year. We had a good Christmas here and the New Year has been busy. We're planning on putting our house up for sale in the Spring so we are trying to clear out junk, donating what we can and packing up what we need to put into storage.
I bought myself a kaleidoscope, the above picture I took through the small hole at the top which took awhile to get. I've always liked kaleidoscopes.
The Hoosier has in it my things and my husbands fishing stuff.
On the top shelf are two Fire King dishes given to me by a friend.
The second shelf has a Scottish theme since Robbie Burns day is coming up this month.
The third shelf is fishing related which is my husbands stuff he always wants me to post.
The two Hardy reels are his favorite ones he's always on the hunt for Hardy equipment.
This dish towel came as part of a wedding gift I decided to use it as a curtain on my back door.
This is a unsigned brooch my husband found for me a couple of months ago. It reminds me of a snowflake.
This mid century modern lamp I won in a silent auction. I ended up going a little over my limit but I think it was well worth it.
This Hair album soundtrack I found at one of my favorite second hand stores.
Thank you for taking the time to visit.
Denise

Your husband did good on his surprise. I hate moving and will not anymore until they haul me off.
